Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026
This policy describes how SparkX Energy handles information collected through sparkxenergy.com and its SparkX Website email integration. For privacy questions, contact Vishal Ingle at sparkxenergy@gmail.com or +1 236 999 4968.
Information we collect and why
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected service, project message, and any drawings or other files you upload. We use this information to understand your request, communicate with you, prepare a quotation, and maintain project correspondence. Please submit only relevant information and documents you are authorized to share.
Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and diagnostic logs to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries and attachments are stored in the website’s hosted storage and sent to SparkX Energy’s Gmail account. The website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting, Cloudflare infrastructure and storage, and Google Gmail for email delivery. These providers process information to deliver their services. Information may be processed or stored outside British Columbia and Canada and may be subject to the laws of those locations.
We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising. We may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law or as necessary to protect the website and address misuse.
Google account connection
Only the company account owner authorizes the SparkX Website Gmail integration. Visitors do not need to connect a Google account. The integration requests the gmail.send permission to send inquiry notifications and attachments from the authorized company account to sparkxenergy@gmail.com. It does not request permission to read the mailbox or contacts. Authorization credentials are stored as server-side settings, with the client secret and refresh token marked secret, and are not included in public website code.
The account owner can revoke access through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future sending but does not delete inquiries already stored or emailed. Google account information and authorization are used only to provide this email feature, not for advertising or training artificial intelligence models.
Retention and your choices
Submitting the form requests that we use the supplied information and files to respond to your inquiry. You may contact us to withdraw consent for future uses, request access or corrections, or request deletion. We will consider requests subject to applicable legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. Withdrawing information needed for a project may limit our ability to assist you.
The website does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to inquiries. Stored submissions and mailbox copies require separate review and deletion. Contact us to discuss removal of a particular inquiry, quoting its reference number if available.
Security and website technology
The site uses HTTPS and access-controlled hosting services. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not upload passwords, payment card information, medical records, or unrelated sensitive personal information. We have not added advertising trackers to the website; hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies for their operation.
Questions, concerns and updates
