These terms describe use of sparkxenergy.com and its project inquiry form. They do not replace a written agreement for engineering or consulting services.
Website information
Service descriptions are general information. They are not project-specific engineering advice, approved designs, or instructions for performing electrical work. Decisions about design, construction, electrical safety, permits, and regulatory compliance require appropriate professional review for the actual project.
Inquiries and professional services
Submitting a request, receiving an automated reference, or exchanging an initial email does not create a professional engagement or guarantee acceptance, a quotation, a response time, or an outcome. Scope, deliverables, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and any professional sealing requirements must be agreed separately in writing before work begins. A signed project agreement governs the services it covers.
Your submissions
Provide accurate contact details and share only information and files you are authorized to provide. You retain your rights in submitted materials and permit us to store, review, and transmit them as reasonably needed to respond to your request, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit malware, unlawful content, or another person’s confidential material without permission. The form accepts the file types and size limits displayed beside the upload field.
Acceptable use and content rights
Do not misuse the website, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Website content and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Contact us before reusing our branding or materials beyond uses permitted by law.
Availability and communications
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and interruptions or email delivery failures may occur. An email delivery confirmation does not mean a person has reviewed your inquiry. For time-sensitive matters, contact us directly. This website is not an emergency service.
Applicable rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable laws of British Columbia and Canada govern these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date; changes do not amend an existing signed project agreement.
